Vice President, Digital Transformation

We’re supporting a major group company in Mongolia as they accelerate their financial services' digital transformation. They’re looking for a Vice President, Digital Transformation to lead end-to-end digital strategy, modernise operations, and drive innovation across the organisation.
What you’ll lead:
- Company-wide digital transformation strategy and execution
- Rollout of new digital products and services (online lending, digital channels, mobile services, etc.)
- Agile delivery of complex projects and technology upgrades
- Cross-functional collaboration with Finance, IT, Risk, Operations, and Marketing
- Use of data, automation, and AI to improve decision making and efficiency
- A high-performing digital team and a culture of continuous improvement
What we’re looking for:
- Degree in IT, Finance, Business, or related fields
- 5+ years in banking/finance, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role
- Proven experience launching digital products and delivering transformation projects
- Strong understanding of NBFO operations, regulations, and digital ecosystems
- Hands-on experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
- Knowledge of fintech technologies, APIs, automation, and digital CX
- Advanced English proficiency
