A leading automotive distributor representing premier global brands is seeking a high-caliber Aftermarket Managerto lead and elevate our aftersales business. This is a critical leadership role responsible for the strategy, performance, and profitability of our entire service and parts operation.

Key Responsibilities:

As Aftermarket Manager, you will be responsible for setting the strategic direction and ensuring operational excellence across all aftersales functions.

  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve the aftersales strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand standards

  • Lead and optimize service operations to drive efficiency, quality, and sustainable growth

  • Manage and develop a large, specialized team, working closely with the Workshop Lead and Parts Lead, and directly supervising Service Advisors to ensure seamless workflows

  • Own monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans, with a strong focus on absorption rate, revenue growth, and service profitability

  • Establish and uphold high service quality standards, ensuring consistent delivery of premium customer experience

  • Act as the senior escalation point for complex customer cases, ensuring timely and effective resolution

  • Monitor performance through analytical reporting and KPI tracking, driving data-based decision-making

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Automotive, Engineering, or a related technical field

  • Proven experience in strategic planning, operational leadership, and analytical reporting

  • Strong leadership background with experience managing large technical or service teams

  • Solid technical and aftersales expertise; candidates from heavy equipment or machinery backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply

  • Deep understanding of customer service standards with a demonstrated track record of high customer satisfaction

  • Advanced or fluent English (written and spoken) for international communication and reporting
