Key Responsibilities:
As Aftermarket Manager, you will be responsible for setting the strategic direction and ensuring operational excellence across all aftersales functions.
Develop, implement, and continuously improve the aftersales strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand standards
Lead and optimize service operations to drive efficiency, quality, and sustainable growth
Manage and develop a large, specialized team, working closely with the Workshop Lead and Parts Lead, and directly supervising Service Advisors to ensure seamless workflows
Own monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans, with a strong focus on absorption rate, revenue growth, and service profitability
Establish and uphold high service quality standards, ensuring consistent delivery of premium customer experience
Act as the senior escalation point for complex customer cases, ensuring timely and effective resolution
Monitor performance through analytical reporting and KPI tracking, driving data-based decision-making

What We Are Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Automotive, Engineering, or a related technical field
Proven experience in strategic planning, operational leadership, and analytical reporting
Strong leadership background with experience managing large technical or service teams
Solid technical and aftersales expertise; candidates from heavy equipment or machinery backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply
Deep understanding of customer service standards with a demonstrated track record of high customer satisfaction
Advanced or fluent English (written and spoken) for international communication and reporting
