The Purpose of the Role

The core objective of this position is to analyze dealer operations, calculate key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze detailed financial reports, prepare all required reports in accordance with the company and its partners, and ensure the continuous improvement of dealer operations. The role also includes conducting training for dealer personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic approaches for analyzing dealer performance data, ensuring actionable insights are communicated effectively (e.g., Growth strategy KPI, allocation KPI).

  • Oversee the collection and analysis of customer feedback (e.g., NPS, VOC) to identify areas for service improvement and enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Establish performance benchmarks against industry standards and best practices to evaluate dealer efficiency and effectiveness. Responsible for creating Power BI reporting of P&L.

  • Support the service operation team in daily operations and collaborate with technical and training teams to streamline processes. Assist in training new staff on operation procedures and operational systems.

  • Define the High-Voltage Battery (HVB) disposal and collection scheme in collaboration with stakeholders, develop a complete Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), and formulate annual initiative plans with clear goals, targets, and budget.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Finance, Accounting, Data Analysis, or Business Administration.

  • At least 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, data analysis, automotive, or related roles. Business analyst or business improvement experience is a plus.

  • Strong ability in data analysis and calculations related to supply chain management. Experience in finance or accounting, and demonstrable Data analysis skills.

  • Proficiency in English is required.
