A prominent Group of Companies is seeking a visionary and commercially driven Chief Executive Officer to lead and scale a high-growth production and industrial project within the furniture and construction materials sector.

This is a transformative leadership mandate. The appointed CEO will take full responsibility for strategy, financial performance, operational excellence, and long-term value creation.

Role Overview

Reporting to the Group’s executive leadership, the CEO will define and execute the business strategy, build high-performance teams, modernize production systems, and ensure sustainable profitability aligned with international standards.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Define and execute the company’s long-term vision and growth strategy

  • Align production, commercial, and financial objectives with Group priorities

  • Identify expansion opportunities, partnerships, and market positioning strategies

Financial & Commercial Accountability

  • Own full responsibility, including revenue growth, cost structure optimization, and profitability

  • Oversee budgeting, capital allocation, and investment planning

  • Drive operational efficiency to maximize ROI and enterprise value

Operational Excellence & Innovation

  • Modernize manufacturing systems and implement international best practices

  • Lead digitalization, process improvement, and technology adoption initiatives

  • Ensure product quality, operational reliability, and scalability

Leadership & Governance

  • Build and lead a high-performing executive and operational team

  • Establish strong governance, reporting, and performance management frameworks

  • Uphold the highest Health, Safety, and Environmental standards

Candidate Profile

  • Proven CEO, General Manager, or senior executive leadership experience in manufacturing, industrial, or construction materials sectors

  • Strong commercial and financial acumen with full ownership experience

  • Demonstrated ability to lead organizational transformation and scale operations

  • Experience operating within a structured corporate or group environment

  • Advanced English proficiency
