Align production, commercial, and financial objectives with Group priorities

Oversee budgeting, capital allocation, and investment planning
Drive operational efficiency to maximize ROI and enterprise value
Operational Excellence & Innovation
Modernize manufacturing systems and implement international best practices
Lead digitalization, process improvement, and technology adoption initiatives
Ensure product quality, operational reliability, and scalability
Leadership & Governance
Build and lead a high-performing executive and operational team

Candidate Profile
Proven CEO, General Manager, or senior executive leadership experience in manufacturing, industrial, or construction materials sectors
Strong commercial and financial acumen with full ownership experience
Demonstrated ability to lead organizational transformation and scale operations
Experience operating within a structured corporate or group environment
Advanced English proficiency
