A rapidly scaling financial services platform is seeking a Funding & Treasury Senior Manager to lead its institutional funding strategy and treasury oversight.
Position Overview
Reporting directly to executive leadership, this role will oversee international debt fundraising, domestic capital market transactions, and treasury strategy. The mandate includes capital diversification, covenant management, and long-term funding optimization in support of sustained growth.
Key Responsibilities

Lead international institutional fundraising initiatives, including structuring and negotiation of debt facilities

Oversee domestic bond issuance and privately placed instruments

Manage investor communication, due diligence, and covenant compliance

Direct liquidity planning, funding pipeline visibility, and cash flow forecasting

Optimize cost of funds and capital structure efficiency

Monitor leverage, FX exposure, and interest rate risk

Provide strategic funding recommendations to senior management
Candidate Profile

5+ years of experience in banking, capital markets, treasury, or structured finance

Proven track record in fundraising, debt structuring, or bond issuance

Strong financial modeling, negotiation, and analytical capabilities

Executive-level English proficiency

Sound understanding of financial statements, leverage metrics, and risk frameworks
