We’re looking for a Senior Accountant who can operate with the mindset of a Chief Accountant for a global company’s Mongolia office. This is a role where ownership matters. You will be the financial backbone on the ground: keeping daily accounting tight, preparing accurate financial statements, ensuring compliance with Mongolian tax regulations, strengthening internal controls, coordinating audits, and supporting management with clear, timely insights. In short, you’ll run the accounting function with full trust and autonomy while working closely with international teams.
We’re looking for professionals with at least five years of solid accounting experience, deep IFRS knowledge, hands-on tax experience, and the discipline to meet deadlines with accuracy. MCPA or ACCA/CPA is a plus, and prior exposure to the automotive wholesale industry is an advantage — but strong ownership and professional maturity matter most.
