What You Will Do:

As Sales Manager, you will be the architect of our sales success and the guardian of our customer relationships.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive annual sales plans and targets. You won't just set goals; you will build the roadmap to achieve them.

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the team of Sales Advisors. You will provide the direction and coaching necessary to transform talent into high-performing sales experts.

  • Champion a customer-centric culture. You will continuously improve the customer journey, ensuring that every interaction results in the highest level of satisfaction.

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for international vendors (including high-profile German and Japanese brands), managing communication and reporting in English.

  • Proven experience in strategy formulation and a successful track record of execution.

  • Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to motivate a diverse sales force.

Preferred:

  • Experience in Sales Funnel management.
