Key Responsibilities:
The main goal of this position is to establish alliance workshops, develop operational guidelines, and expand the cooperation network.
1. Network Strategy and Development:
Develop the requirements, operational instructions, and quality standards that alliance workshops must adhere to.
Identify and select potential partner workshops based on established criteria and key performance indicators.
Actively work to expand the cooperation and service network
2. Operational Oversight and Support:
Conduct regular inspections and monitoring of alliance workshops to ensure continuous compliance with standards.
Provide professional advice and support to partner centers to optimize their service delivery and technical capability.
Work closely with all relevant parties, including the parts, technical support, and training section of the organization.
3. Training and Communication:
Utilize excellent negotiation, instruction-giving, and communication skills to effectively manage relationships with partners.
Provide clear instructions and guidance on operational procedures.
