We Are Hiring: After Sales Support Lead
A well-established group of companies is seeking an experienced and motivated professional to join our team as an After Sales Support Lead. This role will oversee aftermarket operations, ensuring seamless customer support, accurate parts management, and timely coordination across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
-Supervise aftermarket operations, including accurate quoting, invoicing, and coordination with finance teams
-Support customers by interpreting parts and component requirements using manuals and systems
-Liaise with inventory team on demand forecasting, pricing, and parts movement
-Prepare monthly reports and analysis for aftermarket performance
-Lead, train, and develop team members, ensuring compliance with safety standards
-Coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure timely support and delivery
Requirements:
-3–5 years of experience in aftermarket, industrial, or mining equipment environment
-Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and ERP systems
-Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
-Ability to manage customer inquiries, pricing, and negotiations
-Strong communication skills in both English and Mongolian
-Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
