Legal Counsel

We are hiring a Legal Counsel on behalf of one of Mongolia’s most prominent and diversified business groups. In this key in-house role, you will safeguard the organization’s legal standing while contributing to strategic decision-making across a wide portfolio of subsidiaries.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts; manage the full contract lifecycle
Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, employment, and regulatory matters
Ensure compliance with laws and regulations across jurisdictions
Support corporate governance, board meetings, and filings
Handle legal disputes and coordinate with external counsel
Oversee intellectual property rights protection
Conduct legal due diligence and support transactions
Deliver legal training to internal teams
Assist the Senior Legal Counsel across group-level issues
What We’re Looking For:
LL.B. (or higher) with 3–5+ years of legal experience
Strong contract and corporate law knowledge
Excellent command of English and Mongolian
Business-minded with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
