Position: HR & Culture Manager

Location: Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia

As they continue to expand, they are looking for an HR & Culture Manager to join their leadership team and drive people strategy, employee engagement, and organizational culture.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and implement HR policies, processes, and initiatives in line with company strategy and Mongolian labor law.

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.

  • Drive organizational culture programs that foster collaboration, engagement, and continuous learning.

  • Design and oversee employee development and training programs.

  • Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and design initiatives to improve retention and morale.

  • Serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership, providing guidance on people strategy and workforce planning.

  • Ensure data privacy and compliance with internal and external governance standards.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, HR Management, Labor Economics, Psychology, or related fields.

  • At least 2 years of HR management experience in banking, finance, or corporate environments.

  • Strong knowledge of Mongolian labor law and HR best practices.

  • Proven leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.

  • Strong command of English (reading, writing, speaking).
