Position: HR & Culture Manager

As they continue to expand, they are looking for an HR & Culture Manager to join their leadership team and drive people strategy, employee engagement, and organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and implement HR policies, processes, and initiatives in line with company strategy and Mongolian labor law.
Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
Drive organizational culture programs that foster collaboration, engagement, and continuous learning.
Design and oversee employee development and training programs.
Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and design initiatives to improve retention and morale.
Serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership, providing guidance on people strategy and workforce planning.
Ensure data privacy and compliance with internal and external governance standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, HR Management, Labor Economics, Psychology, or related fields.
At least 2 years of HR management experience in banking, finance, or corporate environments.
Strong knowledge of Mongolian labor law and HR best practices.
Proven leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
Strong command of English (reading, writing, speaking).
