Key Responsibilities:
As the Accounting Lead, you will oversee the full spectrum of financial reporting and compliance, ensuring alignment with international standards.
Prepare and present comprehensive financial statements in strict accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and local regulations.
Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for regulatory bodies. Ensure 100% accuracy in tax calculations and filings while proactively managing financial risks.
Lead, mentor, and supervise a dedicated team of accounting professionals. You will be responsible for their growth, performance, and daily guidance.
Act as a key partner to the management team by providing accurate, data-driven financial reports and analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Required qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or Finance. CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certification is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, ideally with a background in the NBFI or Banking sector.
Advanced knowledge of IFRS, Mongolian tax laws, and industry-specific regulations.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team (leadership experience is essential).
