Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager** to lead and implement strategic HR initiatives across our organization. This role is pivotal in shaping our organizational culture, enhancing employee engagement, and driving performance excellence. The successful candidate will work closely with executive leadership to develop HR policies, optimize processes, and strengthen HR capabilities across our subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Enhance systems related to performance management, recruitment, compensation, and incentives.
  • Streamline HR and labor relations processes for efficiency and compliance.
  • Lead initiatives to improve organizational culture and employee satisfaction.
  • Analyze HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making at the executive level.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, including 3+ years in a senior role.
  • Proven expertise in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in HR data analysis and reporting.
  • Advanced proficiency in English.
  • Knowledge of process improvement and project management principles.

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with labor law and industrial relations.
  • Ability to deliver high-impact outcomes within tight deadlines.
  • Experience collaborating with executive leaders.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and leadership-oriented mindset.
  • International HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are an advantage.
