WHAT YOU'LL DO
Review and moderate user-generated content on major social media platforms โ text, images, video, and audio
Identify and remove content that violates platform policies, including harmful, graphic, or abusive material
Investigate and escalate complex content issues to the broader Trust & Safety team
Stay current with evolving client policies and guidelines
Participate in continuous training and wellbeing programmes
โ ๏ธ This role may expose you to graphic, violent, or otherwise distressing content. Strong emotional resilience is essential. Accenture provides dedicated wellbeing support for all Trust & Safety staff.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Fluent in Mongolian and English โ written and spoken
Strong emotional resilience and stress management skills
Detail-oriented with sharp critical thinking ability
Comfortable working rotating shifts including nights and weekends
Culturally aware and objective โ able to assess content without personal bias
Deep familiarity with internet platforms and digital culture
Over 18 years of age
Previous BPO, customer service, or content moderation experience is a plus

Competitive salary package including base salary and Mongolian language allowance โ details shared upon qualification
Sign-on bonus equivalent to 1 month's base salary to support relocation
Shift allowances for afternoon and night shifts

11-month renewable contract, with 3โ4 weeks of paid training on joining
