A fast-growing, internationally invested company with a strong, people-focused culture is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to support financial planning, risk management, and executive decision-making. This is a high-impact role where your analysis directly influences strategy, performance, and growth.
You will take ownership of budgeting and forecasting processes, prepare consolidated reports for short- and long-term planning, and closely monitor business performance through regular variance analysis. You will also play a key role in cash flow management, FX monitoring, and credit risk analysis, ensuring the company maintains strong financial control while supporting commercial growth.
Working independently and in close partnership with senior leadership, you will translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights. You will also support audits, financial reporting requirements, and the renewal of key financial agreements.
What we’re looking for:
A finance professional with 5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a related role. A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics is required. Strong analytical skills, advanced spreadsheet capability, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment are essential.
