An emerging leader in the FMCG industry is seeking a high-caliber Senior Commercial Manager to drive its sales, marketing, and business development strategies. This role is designed for a strategic professional who can strengthen market positioning and identify new business opportunities to ensure sustainable revenue growth. The successful candidate will transition the organization from a startup phase into a dominant market player by developing diverse sales channels and expanding the customer base.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Define and implement comprehensive sales, marketing, and business development strategies aligned with the company’s long-term goals.

  • Lead and mentor the sales team while overseeing performance, forecasting, and the management of key client relationships.

  • Execute marketing strategies focused on brand positioning, digital presence, and high-impact promotional campaigns.

  • Explore and develop new market channels across HoReCa, B2B, and Retail segments to improve distribution diversity.

  • Take responsibility for financial budgeting, margin optimization, and the definition of team KPIs to maximize profitability.

  • Conduct thorough market research to evaluate consumer behavior and competitive trends to inform data-driven decisions.

Required Qualifications 

  • 5+ years of professional experience in sales, marketing, and business development.

  • Proven track record of working within B2B, HoReCa, and Retail segments.

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance.

  • Advanced proficiency in English and expertise in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and Power BI.

  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
