An internationally recognized luxury hospitality and property group is expanding its residential sales presence in Mongolia and is seeking a commercially driven Sales Channel Manager to lead this growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and manage relationships with investors, agencies, and high-net-worth clients
  • Expand and develop strategic sales channels and partnerships
  • Represent luxury residential developments in Thailand
  • Coordinate partner onboarding, product presentations, and networking activities
  • Work closely with international sales and marketing teams
  • Drive sales performance, reporting, and long-term market growth

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in sales, business development, channel management, or relationship-driven commercial roles
  • Background in luxury real estate, banking, investment, hospitality, or premium client services is highly preferred
  • Strong networking and communication ability
  • Fluent English and Mongolian communication skills
  • Professional, polished, proactive, and commercially minded personality
  • Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis
