A premier Luxury Automotive Sales Company is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Manager to lead their brand and promotional efforts in a competitive market. This role is central to enhancing brand visibility, driving market share, and shaping the customer experience across a portfolio of distinguished vehicle brands.

Key Responsibilities (What You Will Do):

The Marketing Manager will develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote automotive products and services, enhance brand visibility, and drive sales in a competitive market.

  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies by collaborating with Sales & Marketing and other Managers to align with company strategy and goals.

  • Brand Management: Manage branding, advertising, and promotional activities for multiple luxury vehicle brands to increase brand awareness.

  • Digital Leadership: Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, website content, and online advertising.

  • Market Research & Positioning: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive positioning.

  • Promotional Activities: Coordinate product launches and promotional campaigns for targeted customer segments. Organize events, exhibitions, and test-drive campaigns to engage potential customers.

  • Performance & Budget: Track and report on marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly. Manage marketing budgets to optimize resource allocation.

  • Team & Sales Collaboration: Hold regular meetings with the sales team to review target agreements, provide feedback, and assess progress. Conduct annual performance appraisals for Marketing team members, including establishing individual development plans.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the automotive industry.

  • Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of automotive products, dealership networks, and industry trends.

  • Digital Expertise: Proven experience in digital marketing and brand management. Computer literacy / affinity for digital media / CRM.

  • Competencies:

    • Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills.

    • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
