This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can coordinate complex shipments, ensure full customs compliance, and maintain high standards across global supply chain operations.
What You’ll Do
- Manage inbound and outbound shipments, including transportation, tracking, and delivery
- Coordinate closely with customs brokers, carriers, and internal teams
- Ensure full compliance with import/export regulations and documentation
- Monitor shipments, resolve issues proactively, and maintain accurate records
- Handle claims, quality checks, and logistics-related cost tracking
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain
- Strong understanding of customs processes and international shipping
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Good English communication skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
