A well-established business in the automotive and distribution sector is seeking a Legal & Compliance Specialist to support its legal, compliance, and risk management functions.
This is an opportunity for a legal professional who wants to work beyond traditional contract review and contribute to strengthening internal policies, compliance practices, and risk controls across the business.
What You'll Do
- Draft and review contracts, official letters, and other legal documents
- Provide legal support and advice to internal stakeholders
- Develop and review company policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Support compliance and internal control activities
- Participate in risk management and risk mitigation initiatives
- Deliver legal and compliance-related guidance and training
- Maintain legal documentation and support cross-functional communication
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Studies, Business Administration, or a related field
- Relevant experience in legal, compliance, or risk management
- Strong understanding of business law, compliance, and risk management practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mongolian and English
- Good attention to detail and strong document drafting skills
- Experience in the automotive distribution or a related industry is an advantage
