The Role Lead the complete HR agenda — HR strategy, talent acquisition, capability building, employee relations, culture, and performance — for a large-scale mining operation.
You Bring
- 10+ years’ HR experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership (mining or resources industry preferred)
- Solid knowledge of Mongolian labour law and localisation practices
- Strong business partnering and cross-cultural skills
- Fluent in English & Mongolian;
