Hiring: Data Science Manager

We’re supporting a large, forward-thinking tech leader in Mongolia as they expand their data and analytics capabilities. They’re looking for a Data Science Manager who can lead a talented team, build practical solutions, and turn complex data into clear, impactful decisions.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and mentor a growing team of data scientists

• Drive machine learning, analytics, and data pipeline projects

• Work closely with engineering, product, and business teams to set priorities

• Ensure high standards in coding, documentation, testing, and model quality

• Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years in data science or analytics, including 2+ years leading a team

• Strong skills in Python, R, SQL, and statistical modeling

• Experience with tools like Tableau, Power BI, STATA, or Excel

• Someone who communicates clearly, thinks strategically, and manages complexity well

• A leader who builds a collaborative, high-performing team culture
