The Opportunity
One of Mongolia's leading FMCG companies is seeking a Commercial Director to define and execute sales, marketing, and business development strategy, strengthen market position, and drive sustainable revenue growth. This is a senior leadership role with direct influence on company strategy and a seat on the executive team.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute the company's sales strategy, leading and managing the sales team
- Define and implement marketing and brand strategy, including digital marketing and PR
- Identify and develop new markets and sales channels
- Manage financial planning, KPIs, and sales team performance
- Lead and develop the sales, marketing, and business development team, building strong organizational culture
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, or Sales
- 5–10 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, including 2+ years in a managerial role
- Experience across B2B, HoReCa, and Retail segments
- Strong negotiation and strategic decision-making skills
- Advanced English proficiency, written and spoken
