Chief Investment Officer | Ulaanbaatar
We are looking for a Chief Investment Officer to join a fast-growing technology group engaging in complex investment cases and working closely with international investors.
This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the CEO/CFO, with full ownership over fundraising, investment strategy, and financial direction at group level.
What you will do:
Lead the Group’s fundraising initiatives across equity and debt, while managing relationships with investors, lenders, and strategic partners. You will drive financial strategy, oversee due diligence across multiple entities, and provide clear, data-driven insights to support key investment and business decisions.
You will also work closely with leadership on financial planning, treasury, and performance monitoring, while presenting funding strategies and financial outlook to the board.
What we are looking for:
You bring 8–12+ years of experience in investment, corporate finance, private equity, venture capital, or advisory. Strong exposure to capital raising, financial modeling, valuation, and investor management is essential.
You are comfortable operating at leadership level, communicating with senior stakeholders, and navigating complex, multi-entity environments. Fluency in English is required.
