After years spent working for one of the biggest players in recruitment, he decided the time was right to create something a little different from the norm. 6 years later, older, a bit greyer, he's confident he made the right decision. Enkhjin has built and led higher performing recruitment teams. Emphasizing on search strategies and processes, he has single handedly placed well over 100 mid to senior placements across various industries. Outside of work, Enkhjin is an occasional weight lifter, automotive restorer, and a proud father of three.
